Age Discrimination
Thorman & Hardin-Levine has received numerous multi-million dollar verdicts for workers and executives discriminated against because of age in violation of state and federal law.
Both federal and Ohio law prohibit employers from discriminating against individuals over the age of forty (40) with regard to hiring, termination, promotion, compensation, job training, and other terms, conditions or privileges of employment. Employers are also prohibited by law from retaliating against an individual who asserts his rights against age discriminatory practices.
